Welcome To Solange
in 2019, David Bergeron, a local restauranteur opened his first restaurant, Casa Hugo Mexican Eatery and Tequileria in Crystal Beach.
After the local success of Casa, David then decided to open a fine dining French restaurant. He dreamt of offering fine wines, elevated cocktails, elegant charcuterie boards and wonderful classic and modern French dishes.
Dave hired Chef Julio and Solange Bistro opened one month later. 'Solange' - Named after his mother, was Dave's way of honoring her deep French roots. In the heart of downtown Ridgeway, Solange Bistro offers a nostalgic feel of an old French bistro. In a quaint setting with only 30 seats, the ambiance feels like old cobblestone roads dotted with cafés and restaurants in Montmartre. The tables are side-by-side, so you rub elbows with your neighbour, peruse the menu and get chatting. The definition of a French restaurant experience. Seasonal changes to the menu are ongoing and custom menus for your private parties will be available in the near future.
